PS about The Great Gatsby: Me? I loved it!
Remember folks: F. Scott Fitzgerald published his novel in 1925, but Baz Luhrmann has his “Nick” (well played by Tobey Maguire) look back at “the Roaring 20s” from the POV of “the Great Depression.”
Why? Because honestly folks, we all know the meaning of “Irrational Exuberance” now… right?!? And we all know that partying like there is no tomorrow doesn’t mean there really is no tomorrow… right?!?
So I say to skeptics: Keep an open mind & see this in 3D 🙂
